Hello Future China Adventurist
I’m Maggie — a Chinese-born travel lover now living in the U.S., and a working mom who understands how precious your time (and vacation) really is.
After years of helping friends and family explore China, I realized one big problem: most online guides are overwhelming, outdated, or just too touristy. So I created something different — real, local-style itineraries that show you the hidden gems, delicious food spots, and authentic experiences you’d never find on Tripadvisor.
Whether you're visiting China for the first time or returning to see more, I want to help you skip the stress, travel smarter, and experience the real magic of China.
Each itinerary and guidebook I create is based on my own local knowledge, personal experience, and love for making your trip unforgettable.
My Story
I was born and raised in Wuhan, China. Growing up, my parents took me on countless trips around the country, and those memories are still some of the most beautiful memories in my life. The love & joy I received while traveling with my parents, shaped who I am today. I LOVE China, and I want to share the beauty of China to everyone!

When I moved to the U.S. at 18 years old to study civil engineering at Louisiana State University, I never pictured myself will be here writing the travel guidebook one day. After working as a bridge engineer for nearly 10 years, I realized that my passion & knowledge in China can help people explore the real China stress free.
Over the years, I’ve heard so many of my friends say they want to visit China — but feel too overwhelmed. “Do I need a visa?” “How do I pay?” “Will I be able to communicate?” These fears often stop them from going. I understand their hesitation — and I want to change that.

Traveling to China should be exciting, not stressful. That’s why I started creating travel guides and itineraries that are simple, authentic, and designed for travelers who want more than just the typical tourist stops.

I believe the best travel memories come from the people you meet and the unexpected moments along the way. The culture shock? It’s real — but it’s also what makes travel magical. Chinese people might seem loud or different at first, but they are warm, generous, and full of heart. That’s part of the beauty of travel & exploring.
